Shipping policy

All Cozy in Grace products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners. Because each item is created specifically for you, processing times may vary.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery location.

We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $60 or more.

5–15 business days after shipment

7–30 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Because our products are fulfilled by different production partners, items purchased in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

If applicable, separate tracking numbers will be provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order.

Cozy in Grace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at hello@cozyingrace.com. We will do our best to help before production begins.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@cozyingrace.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
