Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and many international destinations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and delivery location. If you're unsure whether we can ship to your country, feel free to contact us at hello@cozyingrace.com and we'll be happy to help.

Why is shipping more expensive for some orders?

At Cozy in Grace, all products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners.

Because some items are produced and shipped from different facilities, orders containing multiple product types (such as apparel, mugs, and journals) may incur higher shipping costs, especially for international destinations.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the products in your cart, your delivery location, and the shipping carriers available.

We continually work to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible and offer promotions where available, including free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders.

How long does shipping take?

Because all of our products are made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Estimated delivery times after shipping are:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 2–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with your tracking number and delivery updates.

If you haven’t received your tracking email after a few days, feel free to contact us at cozyingrace@gmail.com.

Returns

How do I return an item?

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll make it right.

How long does it take to process my return?

If your item qualifies for a replacement or refund due to damage or a production error, we'll review your request within 1–3 business days and work quickly to resolve the issue.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Because every item is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for size, colour, or design selections. Please double-check all product details and sizing information before placing your order.

If you receive the wrong item or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us and we'll happily help.

Can I send a product as a gift?

Absolutely 🤍

Our products make meaningful gifts for loved ones, and no pricing information is included inside packages.

Are your products made to order?

Yes! Every Cozy in Grace item is made especially for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to create products with intention and care.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of purchase. After production has started, we may be unable to make changes.
