Refund policy

Returns

All Cozy in Grace products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference changes

  • Accidental orders

  • Personalized items (if applicable)

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

  • Check with household members

  • Check around your delivery location

  • Contact the shipping carrier

If you still need assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production has begun, orders cannot be canceled because products are made specifically for each customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
